By using mindfulness and a holistic approach to healing, Connected Warriors are working to create a safe space for veterans, service members, first responders, and their families to heal and integrate back into civilian life.
Connected Warriors has volunteer staff, participating studios and community-based yoga instructors. They all share a common desire to help our Nation’s Warriors at home and in their communities by offering free trauma-conscious teacher training to certified yoga teachers and health care professionals.
