A Therapeutic Approach to Spine Care
The YogaMedics Spine Care® program is a structured, medically-based yoga program designed specifically for individuals with back pain and related conditions. This program combines therapeutic movement, breathwork, and cognitive behavioral techniques to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and function—while also addressing stress and pain-related behaviors.
