Linda Kay – Yoga Alliance Bio

With over 40 years of experience, Linda Kay is a master yoga educator and therapeutic movement specialist who brings deep wisdom, warmth, and presence to every class she teaches. A senior instructor with YogaMedics, Linda leads live-streamed therapeutic yoga sessions designed to support healing of the body and mind.

Her teaching blends traditional yoga philosophy with modern, evidence-based techniques, making her classes accessible, empowering, and deeply restorative. Linda has worked with individuals across all stages of life and health — from beginners to advanced practitioners, from injury recovery to emotional resilience.

Known for her grounded energy and compassionate instruction, Linda creates a space where every student feels seen, supported, and capable of transformation. Her decades of dedication continue to inspire students and fellow teachers alike.

YogaMedics Group Classes are not recreational yoga—they are a medically informed, therapeutic experience rooted in evidence-based practices. Developed in collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and physical therapists, these classes are designed to support individuals dealing with chronic pain, injury recovery, stress, or functional limitations who may not thrive in a traditional fitness or yoga setting.

In every session, certified YogaMedics therapists guide participants through targeted breathwork, mindful movement, and functional poses, all adapted to individual needs and physical capabilities. Classes focus on restoring balance, improving range of motion, reducing tension, and enhancing overall well-being—without pushing past safe limits.

Unlike our protocol-based Spine Care program, the group class offers a more general therapeutic approach while still incorporating principles of medical yoga. It’s ideal for individuals seeking structured, supportive movement in a small group format, with an emphasis on body awareness, self-regulation, and pain reduction.

Whether you are new to yoga or returning after injury, YogaMedics Group Classes are a safe, effective way to reconnect with your body and support your healing journey—no flexibility or prior experience required.
